air conditioning friendly staff noise issues coffee facilities
the air conditioning worked well it was very important. i appreciated the friendly staff they were always available and ready to help.
the hotel had noise issues you could hear everything next door. there were no tea or coffee facilities in the room that was a disappointment.

The hotel is near the Barberini metro station, so transport was easy. Breakfast included a good selection of food. Staff were generally helpful, and they offered assistance with directions.
The elevator WAS quite small.

Really good Location and Service
major attraction helpful staff
The hotel is located close to major attractions. Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain are within walking distance. The staff was helpful (Alex was especially amazing). Breakfast was plentiful and I looked forward to the cappuccinos. Our room was a good size.
The room I had faced an inner courtyard. It was dark and a bit depressing. The furniture placement was a bit awkward.

The staff members were friendly. Their professional attitude and helpfulness contributed to a more enjoyable stay. The front desk managers were stupendous (especially Alex!).

The breakfast included a great variety of options and was delicious. Cappuccinos were made perfectly each morning. I especially loved all of the fresh ingredients on display each morning.

Excellent Boutique Stay!
clean room helpful staff convenient transport good breakfast
My room was very clean. The staff helped me with my luggage upon arrival. I found the bus and metro stops were conveniently nearby. The breakfast provided a good selection.
The lift was quite small and lacked ventilation.

An adequate stay, but improvements needed
temperature control limited breakfast
I experienced issues with the room's temperature control. It was difficult to regulate. the in-room safe malfunctioned . Requiring maintenance intervention. The staff addressed it promptly, though the inconvenience was disruptive. The breakfast buffet lacked variety, it offered few options for those with dietary restrictions. I also noted the absence of readily available information regarding local transportation.
